Federal court finds California magazine ban violates the Second Amendment

 

 

Commencing July 1, 2018, any person who possesses a self-manufactured or self-assembled firearm that does not bear a serial number assigned to it shall apply to the Department of Justice (Department) for a unique serial number by January 1, 2019.

 

 

Prop 63 passed.  Starting January 2018 all ammo must be transferred through an approved Ammo Vendor.  Beginning July 1, 2019 individuals wishing to purchase ammo must first obtain a permit.

ATF voids prior rulings on stabilizing braces.  Individuals owning a firearm with a stabilizing brace must either: -Destroy - Turn in to ATF -Convert to compliant long gun -Register firearm as SBR with ATF -Permanently remove and destroy stabilizing brace. Read more here.
