Graftech’s line of Offshore Series rods are designed to balance well with smaller to medium-sized reels in both single and two-speed models. More glass was added to compensate for the wide use of braided line and the tips were softened to help eliminate hook pulls and make fighting a fish more user-friendly. There are five models offered in the Offshore Series ranging in line ratings from 20# to 80#. Offshore series rods come in 7’8 lengths. The heavier models come with a 15 ½” butt rather than a 14” butt.
