Consignment Terms & Conditions

Consignment Period & Price Adjustments

Consigned items are listed for sale for an initial period of 90 days. If an item has not sold within 90 days, the consignor must either:

  • Pick up the item, or

  • Reduce the selling price by a minimum of 10%.

If the item remains unsold after an additional 90-day period, the same requirement will apply. This process will continue every 90 days until the item is sold or retrieved by the consignor.

Firearm Pickups: Any firearm removed from consignment must be transferred back to the consignor through the required DROS process and an approved background check before release.

The consignor will be notified when a consigned item has been sold.

Lost or Damaged Items

While Ammo Bros. takes reasonable care of consigned items, consignors acknowledge that Ammo Bros. is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise affected while on consignment. By consigning an item, the consignor agrees not to hold Ammo Bros. liable for such occurrences.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the consignor will receive 75% of the final selling price of any sold consignment item.

Payments are available no sooner than three (3) days after the sale is completed. To collect payment, the consignor must visit the Ammo Bros. location where the consignment was originally established and present valid identification.

Payments may only be issued to the consignor listed on the consignment agreement. Funds that remain unclaimed for 12 months from the date of sale will become the property of Ammo Bros.
